Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations for all locations must be in writing and must be received in the AMS office one week prior to the conference you are attending.  A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted for each cancellation.  Substitutions are always welcome.  Refunds will not be issued to “no shows.”

Time

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  The conference begins at 8:30 a.m.  Lunch is provided.
